Product Pricing
We have a Shopping List that we update regularly. However, there may be slight variances between the price posted on our online order form and the price you pay for an item due to our suppliers' price changes.
Shopping and Delivery Fee
- There is a minimum fee of $60.00 for delivery within the Town of Canmore. When your order exceeds $200.00 there is an additional fee of 5% of the amount over $200.00.
- The minimum fee for delivery outside Canmore to a maximum distance of 30 km., (Banff to the West and Exhaw to the East), is $85.00. When your order exceeds $200.00 there is an additional fee of 5% of the amount over $200.00.
- Surcharges may apply for services outside our core hours of 8AM to 9PM, Monday to Sunday.
Unpacking Fee
- $20.00 for first $200.00 of groceries per location with an additional fee of $2.50 for every $100.00 above the basic amount of $200.00.
Payment Options
- Make your payments through PayPal, using your VISA, MASTERCARD or PayPal account
- For preferred customers, after your third order, to a maximum of $200.00 of your order, prepayment is not required.
Payment Policy
The total amount of your invoice must be paid to confirm your order with Store2urDoor.
Refunds: Store2urDoor will give you a full refund upon receipt of your cancellation notice 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. There is no refund given with less than 48 hours notice. If your order is placed less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time, there is no refund, should you cancel your order.
